"Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

You may have seen it attributed to Albert Einstein or others. (Do a search on the internet and see what I mean.)

Insanity Newly Defined for a Fast Changing World

In a fast changing world insanity may just be defined as:

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same results.
